“Kat was present on property which was helpful. It had rained and was muddy with paw and foot prints. She was forgiving of our mess😅. The accommodations were renovated and clean with plenty of supplies. Thank you Kat!”

“We discovered this gem of a property online and we are so glad we did. The property is very clean with tons of amenities for those looking to host a family event or large gathering. The number of bedrooms and baths made it easy to accommodate our multigenerational family during our most recent vacation. All the appliances worked great and it also had an outdoor grill. The best part about this property is the serene location, the pond, the rocking chairs on the porch and the indoor swimming pool……

“It is a well loved old farm house, with dated but comfortable furniture and appliances. Upon arrival there was a noticeable smell (we just purchased an odor eliminating air freshener to cover). The bunk house had a musty off-putting smell, so we opted not to use it. We didn't use the hot tub as we couldn't figure out how to turn it on/off. It is a no outlet street that is very busy. The traffic greatly exceeded the 20mph speed limit. We also encountered a gentleman on a golf cart who went by……

“The owners do try to make your stay pleasant. You can tell they do care and do try to give you a great stay… But the issues/cons were that the water pressure is practically nonexistent for a decent shower. And at night the entire grounds outside in the backyard gets overrun by the biggest roaches I’ve ever seen and my friends seen some inside as well. The pool is just a hole in the ground with a loose liner so the liner can be easily ripped because you’re stepping on it, it and the backyard……

“We really enjoyed our stay here; the neighborhood was friendly and quiet. The inside of the home was very clean and well furnished, beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. So nice to wake up and have coffee on the deck it was very relaxing, my son loves bird watching and he had many opportunities to do that here too. The location is an easy on and off the freeways, about a 20-minute drive straight to the coast. Grocery stores and shops within a short drive……
