It was so nice to have a boat ramp on the property along with a boat slip and the Jordan River and Bay is just a short 5 min boat ride away!! Brittnie, is a awesome host. “I did not receive my check in instructions before arriving as you are supposed to. I sent them a message and received no reply so I had to call to get the instructions, thankfully when I called they were very quick to get my instructions sent over. The middle bedroom door had issues staying latched but other than that the house closeness to the beach was nice. ”

“We stayed here with family - my 70 year old mom, my husband, me, and our 4 year old daughter. All of us were blown away by the thoughtful touches and how both practical and fun the house was to stay in!!! We spent a lot of time at the house together as a family. We planned on going out more but the house and its amenities are so much fun and so well set up that we found ourselves spending time together at the house. The hosts are very responsive and go above and beyond with the little touches in……

“The property was nice. Well kept and clean. The property manger responded to every question and/or need. Our only complaints were the grill was broken and the can opener. Which was minor since the property manger replaced the grill in a few hours. We enjoyed our little getaway and definitely recommend it. - 3 adults/ 2 kids”

“This home was neat, organized, and clean. It has a fully stocked kitchen, we brought food for the oven and also grilled. Coffee every morning was perfect on the deck. Our two dogs love the fenced side yard which made it easy. There were a couple of rain showers which we enjoyed listening to under the tin roof. We are looking forward to returning to this property again!! Highly recommend! ”

“Place was perfect… very nice inside, two sets of bunk beds in one BR, which our kids enjoyed. Small pool in nice backyard, which our kids used several times. We gladly recommend this location and host, and will stay here again in the future. Nice park with playground across the street, which has monkey bars, and a cute splash pad. We felt totally comfortable allowing our kids to walk across the street to play at the playground. Also, we met the host during our stay. She was very nice and……
