It makes you want to spend more time out there. The space was very clean, and there were really nice upgrades to the property, while maintaining the cottage feel and charm. “While the inside of the cottage was incredibly clean and comfortable and even perfect for co-operative gaming on the couch, the beautiful garden out front was the perfect location to have dinner and decompress from a long day of adventuring. The cottage is not far from downtown Salem, with a very easy walk through a safe neighborhood to everything of interest. “The property was easy to find (even at midnight) and the view of the property and valley was gorgeous. The property had everything we needed, but not everything we wanted (no bath soap, security lights SO bright through window - needed thicker curtain, the freezer was broken, and there was only one roll of paper towels, so we had to go to the store to buy ice and paper towels.) But we enjoyed our stay nonetheless!”

“The cottage is comfortable and cozy. The small space is well laid out and has what you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the country setting, yet close to town. I found the bed to be comfortable, but may be too soft and not supportive for a heavier person. Kathryn was very responsive with communications, and we really appreciated the special baked treats. Definitely recommend. ”
