“Shower top was not working. Could not shower before checkout. I was able to notify front desk at 7:15am and 9:12am but technician was able to show up at 10:15 am so I had to checkout without no repair been done or relocation to another room. Front desk lady and technician did their best under the circumstances therefore I appreciate their assistance. I’ll be requesting a refund through management. Thank You”

“I was placed a room next to the indoor swimming pool. By 9:45 pm, the swimmers were still shouting and made loud noise. J called the front desk, she promised to calm them down. “By the way, the pool closes at 10:00 anyway.” The noise quiet down at 10:00. The sign on the swimming pool reads pool hours “8 to 9”. I am not a happy camper. Make sure ask a room away from any public place if you have to stay there. ”
