“The staff was excellent. The room is the only thing we had issues with. The water: Had no hot in kitchen. Bath vanity seemed to have mineral deposits and air in it. The AC: There was very little air flow into the living/kitchen/entry (where thermostat is). Had vents completely closed in bedroom and it was still freezing in there. There seems to be a restriction in ducting. Other than that, the room was what we have come to expect.”

“Unser Roadtrip durch einige Bundesstaaten führte uns als Zwischenstopp mit einer Übernachtung nach San Angelo. Von dieser Hotelkette hatten wir vorher noch nie etwas gehört und waren demzufolge sehr gespannt. Wir waren echt sehr angenehm überrascht von dem, was uns erwartete. Sehr nettes Personal beim Check-in, schlicht eingerichtete Zimmer, aber alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Auch gut gefallen hat uns, dass es hier ein paar mehr Handtücher als nur die üblichen zwei gab. Aber das……

“Breakfast was not impressive drinks were all out only cranberry juice and food was not hot. Pancake machine had no batter apparently. Room was clean but hotel needs some love walls nicked up and some better cleaning of common areas. Room was clean and bed comfortable.”

“Great service and staff had things ready for me on arrival. the breakfast was ready the next morning in a timely manner, so I was able to leave on my scheduled time. Security was present and thought for its location they provided a great deal for the money.”

“The Inn was cool vibes and kitchy. The owners and their people were great. The addition of artist studios on the property was great. We had a great weekend.”

“I received very good service from the staff who were calling me and checking on my arrival time for a nice greeting. The bed was very very comfortable and the pillows were quite nice. The decor was not for me, but beauty is a personal choice.”
