“The owner was able to accommodate my request of having a gathering of friends on the holiday weekend. Communication was good as he was accessible. Basement not included so be mindful for complete privacy you’ll have to pay more. The cost to host was also additional but understandable as most properties wouldnt allow parties of any sort.Very spacious and clean, would stay again ”

“We took a quick spring break with our teens to visit DC. Thise home was beautifully kept, and more than what it mentioned. We went for morning walks with our dogs with no concerns. Despite it being street parking, we always parked in front with no issues finding a spot. The neighborhood felt safe at all times and the neighbors were all friendly. We traveled with our two furry friends and even they felt right at home. We didnt cook due to having a limited stay but the kitchen was fully stocked to……
