“Only complaint is not enough baggage carts, when we needed one could not find it as there were only 3 and people keep them in their rooms according to the desk clerk.”

“parking is a pay on an app system. Confusing at the least. Not charged until the end of 24hrs So you never get confirmation if you are paid or not. I was worried my car would be impounded ”

“Arrived earlier than expected to the property. The sweetest agent, Victoria, welcomed us and allowed us to check in. The elevators were down that Friday but I needed to exercise so got in a few steps. Some guests were upset however the staff did their best to fix the issue. Cleaning crew was amazing. Rooms and hallways were spotless. I’m going back in a few weeks and will book at this Two Notch Rd location. Guests seemed friendly too. Five stars. ”

“Lovely room, very spacious and clean. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable as well. Plenty of nearby shops and restaurants! The room has just what you need to be comfortable. ”

“We spent a day and night at the Hyatt as we were there for my husband’s military graduation, and everything was perfect! The children loved the fact that there was an indoor pool which they were able to enjoy that afternoon and the next morning at 9am. Check out is at noon which gave us enough time to do what we have to do instead of feeling hurried. They have a wonderful selection of breakfast options and they have a small market, bar and dining options in and out of the hotel. We had a great……

“It is across the street from the college. So many intelligent friendly and fun people. All walks of life. I sat at the bar had a drink. I ordered a burger and immediately met friends on each side of me. So friendly and fun. Even the service was exceptional and friendly.”
