“We came to the area for a high school water polo tournament, and this cottage worked great for us. Loved sitting on the covered deck with coffee in the morning and enjoying the view while our dogs roamed the yard. If you are looking for a modern, high-end place, this isn't for you. But if you are looking for a clean and comfortable place with thoughtful amenities and a surprisingly beautiful wooded setting, it's perfect. ”

“We stay in the Brookline area a few times a year to visit family. Over the years we've moved from nice hotels to owner rented houses. This home was by far the best to date. From the first contact Andrew communicated with any needed information almost immediately and that continued until we left. Beds were comfortable with nice bedding.
