“Took my dad to his first Steeler game! This property is at the top of the incline about a 2 minute walk. He took the bed, i took the couch. It was very clean and plenty for us. We had the first floor- never saw the upstairs neighbor. It was perfect for what we needed and the price. Parking was a little tough to come by so you're best off finding a spot and taking an Uber wherever you need to go. There was a vibe with all of the information on the apartment and what was close by. I would……

“Property was just as advertised and exactly what we needed. We found the place clean and comfortable and close to restaurants we enjoy and less than a 15-minute drive to Pitt. The host even accommodated a late check out so my family could attend an evening event and leave our pet until it ended. Alleyway to access the garage is narrow and challenging with an SUV however did not affect our enjoyment of the stay. We would without question rent again.”

“My husband and I needed a place to stay near family for Christmas, along with our (adult) niece and nephew, and our dog. Clark's house had plenty of room for all of us! We so appreciated the warm welcome we found when we arrived: bacon, eggs and bread for breakfast, and a local liquor to unwind after the drive! There was even a cute Christmas tree to get us in the holiday mood. Thank you, Clark! We will definitely be back! ”

“The photos of the listing are accurate- the space is quite large. The house was clean and well appointed. The neighborhood is nice, but not friendly (there are 5 signs in the windows of the house next door opposing rentals). Mt Washington is a nice neighborhood and close proximity to Oakland and Pitt campus. BEWARE: The staircase was tricky- the steps blend in to the main level flooring. All else worked as expected.”
