“We called to make sure hotel knew we were arriving after 2 am. When we got there, the front desk person said our reservation was cancelled and made us a new one. That was disappointing bc we were tired ”
“We loved that we had access to a full sized kitchen. It was very clean and the housekeeper was always cheerful and prompt with fresh towels as we chose not to be disturbed during our week-long stay.
We were disappointed to learn that the in-house washer and dryer was disconnected and reserved for "long-term" guests only.
We also had concerns with air circulation between the two rooms and bathroom. The AC unit was in the living area and besides ceiling fans there was no cold air in the bedroom……
