“My son and I enjoyed everything Hampton Inn had to offer. While my son had work, I enjoyed the hotel amenities like the great pool and hot tub spa. I was so relaxed I slept like a baby. The beds were very comfy. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast awesome. ”

“I highly recommend staying here. It was clean, comfortable, and we received excellent service. The breakfast is very good for a free buffet style setup. It’s about 20 minutes to downtown Chattanooga or lookout Mt. The only negative is that the pool isn’t heated and it was frigid. But we still had a blast riding the water slide. ”

“Beside the convenient location and affordable rate, there is a very nice &kind lady (sorry I didn’t get her name but she works 5am shift), offering to make our family breakfast bags because we had to catch our flight at 3am and breakfast is not served until 7am on Saturday.. she made sure what type of foods/fruits/milk that we like and she put together breakfast to go bags for each of our family members.. that is the 5stars service right there , she made sure her guests feel at home .. this lady……

“The inn was great! Spacious room, comfortable bed and possibly one of the best showers I've had in a while! I can see why people keep returning here. I was a bit inconvenienced because my room was up a flight of stairs and i had to drag all my stuff up, but once I got to the room, I had no issues! One thing to note is that there's no real breakfast here. You'll get packaged muffins, donuts, digestive biscuits, yoghurt and juice. They were fresh, but not proper breakfast like some of the……

“This was one of the best stay, I felt safe, very clean and the customer service was outstanding.”

“The only complaint we had was there were several people outside drinking when we came in and they were bothering us and when we went out the next morning they were still out there drinking. For a group of ladies it was unsettling to have people doing that right outside the door to go in and out. ”

“My cover on my bed had blue spots it, I did make the manager aware and she stated it should not have been placed on my bed in one of my rooms, other than that all was excellent. ”
