“Three of us stayed Tabuaco for the vineyard visit. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained; the only main issue is that there's no elevator, so we had to draw our luggage for a couple stairs to reach the lobby and then three floors to the room. I was hoping that the room would be a bit bigger as it's a triple room. It's was in a quiet and clean neighborhood and we accidentally found a bar close by, quelha funda bar, which we love so much. “Beautiful historic manor house that was tastefully decorated. Excellent value for money comfortable stay. Friendly staff. It's a privilege to have access to this beautiful historic home. “La propriétaire est charmante, malgré qu' elle ne parle pas un mot d'anglais ni de français, elle se débrouille avec son téléphone et nous donne tous les renseignements nécessaires et les bons restaurants où aller. Le déjeuner est très bon, un vrai déjeuner familial. L' etat des lieux n' est pas parfait mais l' expérience humaine avec les propriétaires compassent totalement. “The vineyard is truly beautiful. The scenery is outstanding and really adds the the luxurious feeling of this hotel. The bed was enormous, it was like having a whole double bed each. The food selection on breakfast and evening was good and not overly expensive. The only complaint would be the wait time on drinks by the pool, there was only one staff member to make drinks and sort food orders so we were often waiting a long time for drinks. This was pacified by having two pools to cool off in and……

“O hotel fica na Quinta do Portal, uma casa de fazenda bem adaptada para hotel. O quarto e wc grande, varanda e bem decorada. O café da manhã maravilhoso. Um detalhe só, as estrada do restaurante para o hotel por 2 vezes ficou bloqueada por carros entregando mercadoria para o restaurante e tivemos que esperar a operação. O jantar menu degustação vale muito a pena”
