“The hosts were fantastic!Possibly the best We ve experienced in our many travels.Daniel Holly and Ky went out of their way to help us with our many inquiries re:attractions,transportation,restaurants.The breakfast were gourmet and individualized to our dietary restrictions.The residence was well appointed and totally charming,they have done a fantastic job with this stunning Victorian home!When we return to Buffalo we will stay here again!”

“Staff was extremely helpful in providing directions & answering questions about the arra. Easy to get to from I-90, a short ride into Buffalo to enjoy all the city has to offer. Hotel is clean, well cared for & up to date in features & fixtures. Only criticism is the pillows were not the greatest. All were super soft & offered no support. ”

“My room was very nice and well cared for. I felt so at home that I actually got a full night of sleep - which is rare for me in an unfamiliar environment. Maria was lovely, as well.
