“Meine Familie und ich waren drei Nächte dort und kann nur weiter empfehlen. Ich war mit meine 19 jährige Tochter und zwei kleine Kinder. “I stayed one night at Hotel El Zarzo and had the most amazing experience. We landed at 9am and was allowed checkin shortly after because the room had already been prepared (ahead of the usual 11am check in) . “The absolut best bed I've ever slept on! Staying for 1,5 nights was absolutely worth it, just for trying the bed. The room was very spacious and the staff was friendly. “Lovely rooftop with pool, hot tub, and panoramic views. Nice central location near Poblado Park where many tours depart. Breakfast was also lovely and a great value. My only complaint was that some staff members were giving unnecessary attitude about speaking English/not knowing Spanish. We did our best but definitely felt a little tension. “Overall an excellent place to stay, room setup was good and comfortable, also very modern, but it was very small considering there was almost no space to place the luggage. I was traveling solo so I can imagine how much worse would be for couples. I'd also suggest to add a mini fridge and clothing iron for convenience.
