“Прекрасный отель. Даже не смотрите по сторонам. В самом лучшем месте Алматы, до Достык Плазы 700 метров. Персонал очень вежливый и помогает во всем. Завтраки приносят в номер во сколько вы пожелаете. Даже местные на геликах и других дорогих машинах в этом отеле останавливаются. Вообщем цена качество просто супер. Особенная благодарность Ансару ”

“OK hotel in good location. Some stuff broken in room such as safety box. Expedia didn't properly disclose that $50 deposit must be paid when checking in for potential damages you may cause.”

“The views are spectacular. The staff is friendly and helpful. Love that each room has its own sauna. Take advantage of the restaurant for lunch or an early dinner. Managing the gondola timing is easy. And if you miss the lower gondola, there a taxis that can take you to the second stop. We had more than enough time to go to the city and make it back before the last gondola.”

“Simple, great location however room size is super small. Difficult to move around with luggage, no elevator so pack lite. Good breakfast ”

““Tired” property. Only one floor of three looks satisfactory and dare to be called 3, not 4 stars. No proper working internet, scares food at breakfast. May be considered good for small money it costs. Do not expect a miracle: for that you are getting old and very firm mattress, worn out towels and bed linen, no mini bar and no safe at not refurbished floors. Anyway it is good from outside with marble and glass. Combined with Soviet stile shopping center at the first three floors. But cheap……
