“We had a wonderful 6 night stay at the cottage in Center Moriches. The cottage is on a larger property - the owner’s home is at the waters edge with a dock and the cottage sits back from their home. We had access to the dock and a play set and kayaks. “We had a wonderful stay at Ken's Beach Cottage. Ken arranged a private tour at a local vineyard which we thoroughly enjoyed and communication with Ken was always quick and responsive. The cottage is very cute and the neighbors are super friendly. We look forward to visiting again next year. ”

“We were looking for a property close to my in-laws where we could bring our 2 pups and we found this wonderful home. The cottage is much bigger than expected and beautifully furnished and well-equipped. Full size washer and dryer with newer appliances and a fenced in yard for the dogs. AC also worked very nicely during a very warm week. Plenty of towels, sheets, and roll away bed made our stay perfect. Definitely would stay again!”

“We came to Long Island for a military retirement ceremony, this was our first time here and this cottage was perfectly located. Close to Islip airport, short drive to Port Jefferson for the ceremony, and close enough for a day trip up to the Hamptons and Montauk. The cottage itself was wonderful. Perfect amount of old and new. The landscaping and property made it feel very private.”
