“Please pay attention that the room location is not the location of the hotel "Tritone Top House". The room is around 500 meters away from "Tritone Top House". But the room was still a few minute-walk away from famous "Spanish Steps". Also, the pictures on the site are much much better than the reality. Parking is not free. You have to park your car in a car park (20Euro per day) which is 15 minute-walk away from your room. Our room was on the 4th floor, no elevator which was not mentioned in……

“The hotel has a great location, very close to everything in Rome and easy to walk around. The outside of the building looks a bit old (like many places in Rome), and the hallway to the rooms could use some fresh paint and a deep clean. But the rooms are nice and clean, the staff is super friendly, and overall it was a good stay. ”

“The location is really good, which is 18 min from Firenze S.M.N Station by walk and close to most tourist attractions. You can go everywhere just by walk. It's also surrounded by many good cafes, bars, restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful. Anyway, it's really nice stay in Florence!”

“This is so bad experiece, room is old and only 6 rooms. Working hour of front desk is limited. They asking u check out at 10, obligatory. The front desk close at 3 pm the day we left and we have no place to left the luggage. Check in time is also limited, so you would better not arriving late. Not good at all, I was surprised by their past rating, it is not real.”

“We traveled by car and this is the best choice for free parking and easy to get to city center by bus. “This is a small boutique hotel. It is in a great location and you feel immersed in the culture. It’s not fancy but it’s very nice. Everything you need. Good breakfast with many pastry options and hard boiled eggs. Easy to walk to many historic sites and a bonus is right out the building front door is any amazing restaurant. I loved staying here. ”

Excellent stay at this trendy hotel

"I really liked the modern design in an heritage building. Stayed in the studio for four nights and it has a kitchen with everything you need. The team is amazing, gave me really good trendy restaurants recommendations. They are also very helpful and responsive when you asked them questions on WhatsApp. The restaurant Santa Joana and the bar Spiritland were amazing. Great design, food and amazing friendly team. Great vibes overall and would stay again. "

"Well decorated hotel, but poor sound-proof, can hear things clearly in the bathroom next door, and the traffic facing the street. Hotel staff polite but somewhat aloof, will not greet you when you are back. If you are staying in Rome for short and want a place to sleep and transfer location is convenient."

"不知道是歐洲人做事速度慢還是怎樣，叫房間服務會等上20分鐘，切還搞錯。離開拿行李時，人員拿出來等了快10幾分鐘，計程車都到了，行李還沒出來。其他方面都很滿意，特別是咖啡廳的可頌跟咖啡非常好吃，非常值得去試。"
