“It was just a basic simple base for me to go camel trekking from the next day. Nothing fancy but it is very reasonably priced and has friendly staff. Good value for money.”

“The hotel manager was very helpful, collected us from Merzouga and drove us back and forth to the MaMa Africa music festival. (We travel by bus not car). The staff were keen to help and i was able to have several large pot of Lipton (black tea) with milk......bliss. The food seemed good although we didn’t have a main meal as we ate mainly in Merzouga. The pool was wonderful and wine was available at a good price.”

“According to locals this used to be very good, since Covid it has falling in disrepair. We checking in at night to a dark lobby only reception had light. Our room was moldy around the air conditioner and sink which was also filthy. The toilet seat was not attached and toilet dirty. We didn’t stay and didn’t receive our deposit back. ”

“Staff are not hoteliers. They know nothing about working in a hotel. Zero customer service. Rooms are very old and never maintained. Everything is broken inside..shower, lights, bed, couch, desk with no chair. This property shouldn't be rated. Below 0 star..not exaggerating!”
