“Solo travel for one night. Room was in a shared housing situation, but comfortable and had its own bathroom. Definitely a niche, single person or young couple vibe. Kitchen available in common space. Eclectic decor and very interesting. The room I stayed in had a queen bed and a hammock. It could definitely accommodate a few younger people on the cheap side. ”

“We loved our stay in Savannah and the Owls Nest was the perfect location for us. The apartment and courtyard had the character of Savannah and it was in a great location for us to walk all around town. Patricia was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. ”

“Savannah in Springtime is magical, and a home base for our family of four doesn’t get better than The Carriage House with the most beautiful azaleas in full bloom (late March) that we have ever seen. The historic setting and the location right next to Forsyth Park are what set this VRBO apart. Would book again and would recommend to anyone. ”

“Being close to Forsyth Park and much of the historic district was great. Even though the host was very clear about paying attention to parking limitations on the street, we did end up with a violation as we did not pay attention one night. It wasn't enough to ruin our visit but just a heads-up to those who follow us. The hop-on, hop-off trolley is a great way to get an overview of the area. “We really enjoyed our time at this property. The manager, Allan, couldn’t have possibly been more communicative. The place itself was really good. The only minor issue is the gate to enter the yard didn’t latch. That was only an issue because it was windy (fun fact: our back gate was open when we got home, too, because of wind. Go figure!).
