“The Magnolia House is an excellent property conveniently located to everything. Great neighborhood for walking, with many historical homes and Squares along the way. It’s far enough away from the crowds downtown and on River Street, but also close enough to drive, or walk. Free parking in front was a bonus because almost everywhere else you have to pay to park. The home itself is well furnished, very roomy, and had everything we needed to make our stay carefree. Communication with the Property……

“The house was very clean and perfect for my daughter and myself for a weekend getaway. Very easy to walk to the riverfront and restaurants. The furniture was comfortable and the a/c worked well. The carpet on the stairs has been replaced from what is shown in the pictures. We had a car and easily found parking on the street next to the house. The ParkSavannah app is a better option than using the parking meters. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.”

“The location is very convenient for walking around in downtown area. Everything looked exactly as it described and super clean. It is perfect for couple or family with young children. We did use the sofa bed in the living room for my son. The mattress for the sofa bed is a little bit too thin, so you can feel the spring inside. There are extra sheets and pillows for the sofa bed, but no comforter-better prepare one if you plan to use the sofa bed.”

“We rented out two of the units and had a group of 12. 6 in each unit and it was great. Short Uber to the river and great backyard set up. Overall an amazing place and we all had a blast.”

“Enjoyed our stay. We needed extra sheets , and the response was immediate, and we got the sheets and pillows within the hour. Very nice and responsive. Also, there is a darling coffee and bakery shop on the corner, three houses away. So very nice and the coffee and pastries were excellent. Happy with everything. ”

We had a couple ladies that were unable to walk very far so we used uber to get around but it seemed like the riverfront was not really in walking distance unless you were very fit.”

“What a charming and wonderful experience this was! We came to Savannah for my daughter's 16th birthday, and she really wanted to stay in a home with history. This home is inviting, comfortable, and filled with beautiful antiques. The owners, Carmen and Jon, arranged a special birthday surprise and even picked up a cake I had preordered and arranged it beautifully with other decorations. The home was filled with fresh flowers and was within a 20-minute walk to many sights and parks in the area.……
