“A well located propert. On the positive side, the serves breakfast was excellent and the service was cordial, but overall, there are several deficiencies. The exterior, including the porch and its furniture aren’t well kept and the parking arrangements are inadequate and cramped. The suggested alternative is on an insecure, busy main street. “It's a very unique historic house that made our stay magical. The owners are exceptional hosts. Breakfast was excellent, we didn’t need to eat until dinner time that day. The location is literally across the street from the race course and at the same time is quiet and has a very convenient private parking lot. Also, a walking distance from downtown. “We definitely enjoyed our stay. The location in our opinion is ideal for this area. It made for a easy commute to SPAC for the Matt Rife show. It also made for short trips for meals and those small items that may have forgotten to pack very easy. The home was comfortable and and relaxing!
