“We stayed in a tiny houss that was well equipped. Upon checking in we met Henry who works on the property. He was great, helped us get settled and answered all our questions. The site is on the Hudson and has nice views. The onsite restaurant was great too! Shout out to Rachel behind the bar and Matt our waiter.”

“A short drive up a gravel drive is this cozy little glamp-site, clean and rustic, with enough amenities for those who are looking to connect with nature but who prefer electricity and running water. If you need to work or stay connected there is working WiFi. The common area is comfortable and roomy but modest. The hosts Justin and Kylie are very friendly and highly responsive. “Our family had an amazing stay here. The location was perfect and it had everything we were looking for in a spot. Peter was amazing and in contact with us throughout the stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He even set up crayfish traps and fishing poles for the kids to use! We highly recommend this gem and we will be back.”

“Our stay was so easy.Everything was exactly as it’s listed. Kelly was there to greet us and always available with a place to eat or facts about the area. The cabin was a perfect stop along our longer journey and was such a gem away from our usual city-life. We relaxed on the dock, kayaked, and enjoyed some much needed relaxation. “House was clean and comfortably furnished. The kids enjoyed the arcade games and it was an overall good time. Only Issues were that the drive and walk ways were hidden in the snow and the house did not hold heat well ”

“Stunning location, surrounded by lush green fields filled with song birds, with great views. Comfortable, clean, well-appointed house. Attentive hosts. Reached by a several miles-long dirt road that is exceptionally well-maintained, so not particularly challenging for those not used to dirt roads, even though unlit.Nonetheless, arriving for the first time in the middle of the night is a bit of an adventure.”

“The cabin was exactly what my daughter and I were looking for. Everything was clean, organized and family friendly. A bonus was the property connects to Bessie Woods and we were able to go for a hike on the trails without even having to leave the property. If you love quiet and the sounds of nature, this is the perfect place for you. We can’t wait to stay there again soon.”

“Everything about the property was perfect exactly as listed . Close to the fun downtown area but far enough away that the neighborhood seems pretty rough, but hey it’s Albany. The stay was awesome and if I ever come back this way I’ll definitely be looking to stay here again. ”

“Beautiful, spacious place to stay. Communication with host was immediate and responsive. Jetted tub was wonderful. Wood stove was a nice extra and plenty of fire wood. Weather didn’t allow for exploring the property but that’ll be for next time! ”

Our communication was seamless and she was kind and courteous. She made us feel right at home. “This place was extremely clean and comfortable. The check in and check out processes were easy, and the managers were so incredibly responsive. I loved how there were so many sheets and towels. We didn’t use the kitchen, so I can’t comment on that. Based on the sage, it might be better for one family just because the second bedroom downstairs has glass doors, so it’s not completely private. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay there again!”
