“We had a lovely time at The Ranch! There was an odor in the cabin when we first arrived but it was taken care of quickly and graciously by the host and his team. We had a great time grilling on the deck and the hot tub was an excellent addition. We will definitely be back again!”

“If you're looking for a place just to sleep and be one with nature this is it! Kinda like glamping. There was mice poop everywhere, it's that time of year, didn't scare us. But their was no forks, towels, napkins, they only provided 1 trash bag we went through in a hurry and had to use grocery bags for garbage. Ran to gas station for forks and paper towels. The oven dorsnt wirk, so took 4 hours tobake a 20min bitter braid. Other than thst a good place to rough it and relax”

“Cozy comfortable cabin with a fabulous view off of the patio. This was perfect for my wife and I. We spent a lot of time outside reading and relaxing. The bucolic setting was offset by plenty of activity within a half hour. We hiked, biked, and kayaked. The cabin is clean and comfortable. Definitely a 5 star stay. ”

“Clean, quiet and magical. This place is amazing. We kayaked, took bike trails, and explored. This is not the hustle type of vacation it is relax and unwind. The patio area with a fire pit and picnic table was a pleasant surprise. Visit Peaceful Valley Haven and Hillsboro Brewery while in the area. ”

“Our stay at Westby Hideaway was perfect! We planned a motorcycle trip to the La Crosse area, so this cabin in Westby was a great location away from the inner city traffic. This area is a beautiful place to enjoy the motorcycles. Carol and her husband were more than accommodating to us being on the motorcycles. The cabin was stocked with all the essentials we needed, like shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, and so much more. All the things we didn't have to worry about packing on the……

“We had the pleasure of getting a little snow during our stay which was awesome.But the roads from the cabin were sloppy with the melt the following day and we had trouble getting out to go for a grocery run. Kirsty and Kyle were very helpful and were kind enough to bring us some coffee and flour. Really great folks and a very beautiful and private location. Great space to reset from reality. Highly recommend.”

“This is a wonderful, lovely getaway, particularly for couples. The open concept space of the cabin along with the large windows and glass doors made it a very idyllic and scenic spot in the canopy. “We loved our stay at Valley Lodge! It’s way better than the pictures. It was very clean, comfortable, and well decorated. It had everything we needed and then some! The game room was fun, and the hot tub was a great bonus. Communication was clear and timely, we would absolutely love to stay again! ”

“The location is awesome. It is very peaceful and just a short drive to Sparta. The decor is spot on for the setting. The bed is very comfortable. The host answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We will rent again if ever in the area.”
