“Anyone booking this unit needs to know a few things: Although it was modernized, it is not a great long term stay option. (12 nights)We had to ask for the check in info 3 times before we got a canned response with the codes. It also had a few requirements (where trash goes).We arrived and used the toilet once and found it backed up, there was no plunger available. We also noted there were three towels, 2 small, 1 large for 2 adults staying 12 nights. We asked for more, no response. Our first……

“The apartment has been fully renovated and modernized. Excellent lighting, new appliances, new toilet, very recently remodeled bathroom and shower. The bed was very comfortable. All the rooms were arranged beautifully. The host was very responsive to my questions; he even named a few restaurants when I asked for recommendations. “We had an event at the DIA, and this was the perfect location. Nice neighborhood, free and easy parking on the street. Great communication with the host. Overall was clean, just a few little leftover things on the floor that weren’t swept up, some tape on the walls leftover from someone who had stayed previously. We really didn’t use the kitchen, just one fork but noticed some of the silverware in the drawer wasn’t clean. Queen bed was very comfortable. The metal bunk bed was comfortable but……
