“Overall, the hotel allows their employees to become personal and personally involved the manager needs to grab a dictionary and learn how to say some words maybe if she learned how to spell them they would come out correctly There’s a power trip at a glance she will already know how she’s going to talk to you and I think that’s so disrespectful They wouldn’t accommodate me due to my situation. They should have accommodated me she chose not to because she had some kind of power trip with me gave……

“I have never stayed in such a bad five-star hotel. I searched for five-star hotels in Detroit on Google Maps and found only this one, so I booked this hotel. However, after checking in, I found that this hotel is not worthy of its reputation at all!”

“quiet and clean”

“Restaurant and bar on premises was continent. Room was pretty clean. Tv didn’t have a clear picture and we had to ask for a hand towel and washcloth and they said they only give 1 set per room even though there were 2 bath towels and there was 2 of us staying in the room”

“All staff of any position (valet, front desk, cleaning, security) were exemplary - professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This provided an overall atmosphere of care and safety. ”

“There was a lamp on the bedside that I couldn't find the switch for. It stayed on all night and affected my rest. The bathroom door handle fell off when I pulled it.”
