“We had a good time at this hotel. We were running a little late and thankfully I had called ahead to let the front desk know, when we were visiting check in was unavailable after 9pm so keep that in mind and let staff know if you'll be arriving later. The hotel was undergoing renovations when we stayed so the hotel was a little messy but nothing egregious. Friendly and helpful staff. ”

“Very convenient for overnight stay before a procedure at Baystate Hospital as it is directly across the street. We live an hour away and were required to check in at 5:30 am. We set our phone alarm for 5 am and were on time! We would have had to get up at 3:30 am otherwise!”

“Location right off rt 91 was good. There was a bar at the property, but can’t say we used it. Breakfast was better than average with a wide selection of food, hot and cold. The room was modern and clean, but the mattress was lower than average in height and rather uncomfortable . There was an Irish sports bar next door with good food and beer selection. “We stayed at this location 2 days ago and were disappointed overall. The buffet breakfast was lacking. Ice dish put out for yogurt, but none available. The same for apparently cut fruit. On our stay last night both were available. Took a shower and was adjusting the overhead nozzle when I noticed all of the grime where you are suppose to put your hand to adjust. The light in the bathroom seemed dim so I unscrewed the cover shade and one of the light bulbs was not working. I screwed it in……
