“I went on a solo trip and decided to stay at this hotel. I felt so safe here! There was always security at the front. One of them always made sure to guide me to my Ubers. Novotel wasn’t that far from main attractions. I used uber, DiDi and walked as a form of transportation and did not have any issues. The hotel was very simple but just what I needed since I spent majority of my time out in the city anyway. The only complaint I har was just the lighting in the bathroom. It was hard to see when……

“This place is one of those hidden gems you almost don’t want to leave a review out of fear more people will find out. The rooms are beautifully curated and the attentiveness of staff is unmatched. The property is quiet despite being located in the middle of the hustle and bustle of downtown. There are very few hotels I’d go back to ahain, but this one will definitely be my go to lodging in CDMX.”
