“Just near the China Town and the night market, and in a walkable distance to the Central Market and mass transport system. You could find everything in the area. The hotel itself is located in the upstairs of a cafe and you can even smell the coffee in the morning. Room is small but lovely. Conformable stay!”

“The property is "ok" but there is no body to offer any sort of services. We inadvertently booked 3 apartments instead of 1, upon checking we pointed out the error and took only 1 apartment, informed Hotels.com, followed up with Hotels.com multiple times but they were unable to reach the hotel. Ethics are questionable at best- granted it was our mistake, but they could have let us know upon check-in and we would have taken the other 2 apartments as well. You can't reach them if you need……

“I never expected the quality of the St. Regis hotel to be so poor. I booked a three-night stay, and while there were no issues during check-in, the next morning I discovered that there was water pooling on the carpet and in the closet. Hotel staff suspected a leak from the bathroom, and they promptly moved us to another room. However, on the second night, we found that the air conditioning in the new room was not working. Maintenance checked it and found that the air conditioning unit was too……

“I've stayed in this building multiple times. It's not in the heart of the Bukit Bintang action, but it's good because in the immediate vicinity there are multiple cheap, good restaurants that give a decent slice of KL life. And, there's a good cafe at the end of the shopping strip that works well for getting laptop work done. And three handy stores that have basic stuff. The unit's separate bedroom is great: I worked in the apartment (it's definitely not a hotel room) a fair bit, and the wifi……
