I booked a three-night stay, and while there were no issues during check-in, the next morning I discovered that there was water pooling on the carpet and in the closet. “2020農曆新年入住5個晚上。因為凌晨1時才到酒店，預先跟酒店方面溝通check in的問題，回覆得很快，作出很好的安排！ 我們一家5口訂了3bedroom suite, 空間非常大，有3 bathroom。從露台看到吉隆坡塔，晚上看五顏六色的燈更漂亮！廚房用具基本齊備，若有削皮器便完美了。床上用品舒適，地方整潔，員工有禮。 樓下有cafe，toast, 咖啡奶茶很不錯，可以一試！另有一間小雜貨店，如果缺少油鹽糖罐頭泡麵什麼的，都可以買到，價錢合理。 早晨款式不多，但很新鮮，還可以點現煮的炒蛋煎蛋！ 因為我們都是用Grab出入，所以雖然附近有冇東西逛但影響不大。 今次整體入住感覺良好，很推薦一家大細入住！！u won't regret your money! :) ”

“Beware. Avoid this hotel. They held my passport for the duration of my stay, because i don't carry cash for a key deposit. Their credit card processing machine wasn't working, it was very old technology. I tried 4 different cards but none worked.
