“Overall I had a great stay here! The staff was very friendly and it was fairly quiet, although I could hear some noise in the hall. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. It was very convenient to stay here after walking around Harpers Ferry for the entire morning and afternoon. ”

“Hotel is nicely located on a quiet street with grass and trees. But, it is dated with basic amenities though nice sheets and towels. Front desk person was brand new and had no training. This website had not processed my payment and the young man didn’t know what to do. He kept calling us and basically made a mess of our check in. I would probably not stay here again.”

“The staff were extremely friendly during my visit here. They continuously made sure that I had everything that I need. During my stay, I saw a staff member give another guest a ride as I was walking into the lobby. The staff member immediately stopped what they were doing to make sure i had what i needed before continuing providing the service to another guest. The staff here really care about their guest.
