“I contacted the hotel in middle of the night to arrange airport transfer. They replied within 5 minutes & that gave me confidence that they look after their guests. Room was was spacious, nice and cleaned daily. I requested a room change and this was done without hesitation. I reported minor damage to a floor tile & this was repaired within 30 minutes & checked by Mr Sirak. Very efficient. The hotel is in Bole region, in South Gate Plaza. “I enjoyed my stay in this hotel close to the city center also the welcome and friendliness of the manager and the staff. The rooms are clean and spacious with a small balcony ,, the bedding is comfortable, the breakfast is plentiful, as well as the dinner I took several times .. There is a good internet connection. The manager of the hotel is very friendly he is listening to his clients. Everything was perfect !”
