“The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The place is quiet and it's near very nice cafes. The price is also just right. The wifi inside my room was weak, but the wifi in the lobby was strong enough to conduct online classes and meetings. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay!!”

“I stayed here for nine days in August and I would definitely stay here again. The room I rented was nice, comfortable, and not too expensive. They had all the amenities you could want and need for an extended stay. Additionally the staff were all pleasant and professional. It's also in a quiet and safe area of Manila. I had a very pleasant stay in the Philippines and a big reason why was having this place to return to after my daytime adventures in Manila. If you're planning on staying in Manila……

“Late check-in fees even tho we told them ahead of time that our late flight was delayed further past midnight due to severe weather. Parking was a headache! Check-out was just as bad. We had to wait for someone to check rooms to get cash deposit back.”

“Staff was very friendly from the check in desk, security, maintenance, housekeeping and breakfast staff. The whole staff was knowledgeable and very helpful with all our questions and request. We would absolutely stay at M Stay Hotel again on our next visit!!!”
