“Front desk service was good. Daily maid service for changing towels or taking trash out wasnt done and later found out its only on request. Bathrooms had a foul oder that wouldn't go away even leaving windows open didn't help.”

“Excellent boutique hotel every room has ocean view. Low key location and area. Nice restaurant and bar and pool all overlooking the ocean. Truly amazing facility! Small hotel left my valuables in my room never locked the door. Snorkeling in front of hotel at reef, has dive shop with dive sites 5-10 minute boat ride. I travel the world extensively this location is special as is the service and attention! You will not be disappointed. ”

“Pros: The security, Frontdesk and wait staff has excellent customer service. Good price for quality food. Quiet location. Truly a staycation experience. Nice room set up. The actual employees are great. Cons: Too many OJT working in a group setting. For example: 6 people entered one of our rooms just to collect towels & trash. At the end of our stay, we were charged for lost towels that was most likely miscounted by them. Too many OJT sitting around, make them clean pools with net, we don’t……

“Great resort, wonderful staff, extremely accommodating and very clean. The food is amazing also quite beach access. The dive shop is top notch. You won’t get hassled by people like in sabang. I will only stay at badladz from now on when visiting puerto galera. Oh and the beer is ice cold!”

“It was a satisfied journey with the beaches, food and service. We stayed for 3 nights and still feel like taking more days relaxing. The food was really nice as well. However, since we can only stay in the resort for meals, restaurant's menus are the highly similar, and we get tired of having pizzas and pasta last day. And also the food are a bit over price. Also, everything cost extra was a bit unpleasant, i.e. towel rental/ lockers. But overall a very nice experience staying over. Glad to……
