“The apartment was clean and updated, and in a great location. The building is old, so lots of creaks and noises, and a few cracks in the walls/ceiling. We were only staying for a few nights and did not need more than the bedrooms and bathroom, but the kitchen was not as supplied as other rentals I've stayed in. ”

“Overall my husband and I were happy with the studio apt. Communication with the host was easy and the place was clean and had all the amenities we needed during our stay. The place was centrally located with easy access to shops/restaurants as well as the Metra system to take us into Chicago. The one drawback is that there are no windows but the skylight adds enough natural light to the space and we were there to sightsee and not stay for extended periods in the apartment.”

“Greg is a great host. My wife and I enjoyed the stay. First time in Chicago and let me tell you… the drive way for parking is a must have which this place provides. Neighborhood is great, hot showers, climate control environment which you control. Easy process of checking in and out. Yes we would definitely come back to this location. ”

“safty is no issue if staying here since you have to have a key to get into the building which is nice. However if you're a light sleeper it may not be the place for you, there is a bus stop right outside and alot of traffic in the area.”
