“Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Hausherrin! Wir kommen gerne wieder - aber bitte ohne Dachschräge. Das Aussteigen aus dem Bett ist für Ältere wie wir so etwas schwierig.”

“The hotel is on the hill side and 10~15 min walk from Mainz HBF. If you walk from station with heavy luggage, it will not be a good idea. The room size is big, however the view outside is not that attractive.”

“When we step into the room, we find the window is open. We don't mind it. At night, unknown insects gather the top of the ceiling. lt's horrible. The other thing is there is no hot water kettle in the room and I couldn't deserve hot water in the front desk. I have lived in the other Ibis and the front desk always give me hot water.”

“Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Brunfels und in Mainz und waren von der Stadt und dem Hotel begeistert. Tolle Zimmer und ein super Frühstück, bei dem sicherlich jeder was passendes findet. Hotel ist sehr gut fußläufig vom Bahnhof zu erreichen(hier hatten wir das Auto für 8€ am Tag geparkt). Außerdem liegt das Hotel in der Altstadt und damit keine 5 Gehminuten vom Schillerplatz und der nächsten S-Bahn Haltestelle entfernt. Das Personal ist super freundlich und die Minibar inkludiert :-)”

“Wir waren zum ersten Mal im WENS Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden. Da wir familiär mehrmals im Jahr in Mainz und Umgebung sind, werden wir bestimmt häufiger ins WENS Hotel gehen. Der Check-In war kurz und freundlich, das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Pflegeprodukte sind von Rituals, die Dusche hat eine Regenfallfunktion und täglich gibt es kostenlos eine Flasche Wasser und sehr gute Säfte und Limonaden von Rauch in der Minibar. Alles im Preis enthalten. Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend viele am und um das……
