“We've had a really good time staying in this small house close to the Beach. Very good equipment in the kitchen and for the beach. Unfortunatelly some things were already broken and there was just 4 chairs (for 6 people) but since a couple of us were usually in the water we made it work out. Beach Towels are in the house, Publix very close but quite expensive so we have used our trips to restaurants to get groceries in Walmart.Since there is not a lot of restaurants open on Fort Myers Beach……

“My 12-yr old daughter and I came to Ft Myers Beach for Spring Break (March 2025). The house was super clean upon arrival and the pool was nice and warm. The beach is a short (5-7 min) walk but not crowded. The house is not close to the “hopping” part of Ft Myers Beach but that was ok with us. There is a Publix about a mile away and another shopping center a mile the other way (7-11, CVS, beach shop, ice cream shop, etc - places are still opening up after the hurricanes recovery so I’m sure more……

“Renting this house was one of the choices we’ve made when traveling. Our group was 5 guests- 2 couples and a child. Starting with the host- she was super responsive and easy to work with. Flexible and accommodating. The house itself was pretty great. Starting with the outside it has a nice driveway with ample shaded parking. The landscaping was really cute and we were delighted to find the pathway lit at night. The pool in the back was just perfect. There was plenty of seating options in the……

“This condo is a corner unit on the north end of building. That means awesome views of the gulf and beach plus stunning sunsets. Everything is new, full size fridge a plus, plenty of room, literally everything you need. We brought our own loungers for the beach as property loungers stay on the grass by the beautiful palm trees. Location is perfect on the island. Looking forward to a return trip.”
