“This hotel has been renovated incredibly well. Great rate through Expedia. Breakfast included, actual eggs, not the powdered stuff, beef and turkey sausage, even zero sugar yogurt. Room was extremely comfortable and quiet, even on the first floor. We will definitely stay here again. ”

“I really like to stay here every time that I come to work turnarounds by Port Arthur. It’s very clean, the housekeeping ladies are amazing, always making sure you have what you need. The front desk ladies are also very helpful. ”

“We spent one night. The staff were accommodating and very friendly. The room had a small kitchenette with Fridge, microwave, small flat top stove, etc. so bring along snacks 😉 Dog friendly, not charging an arm and a leg. ”

“For the most part, the facility looks new, but in the bathrooms, the tub was chipped and made noises when you stepped in it in the showerhead were not clean, had mold or something black growing on the head”

“The property was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating, and it was quiet at night. Housekeeping did leave our door open one day after cleaning which could’ve been really bad, but luckily nothing was taken. We let the front desk know and they escalated the complaint to the GM. We really appreciated their care regarding this matter. ”
