“Lovely cottage in Broke. Had everything we needed. Great place to get ready before a wedding. Large and roomy. Outside fire pit supplied with timber was fantastic. The outside deck probably needs to be replaced soon as boards were rotting, but inside maintenance was perfect. ”

When we first arrived at the cabin, it looked very unkept, spider webs everywhere on the outside building but then we went inside, and it was lovely, very clean and comfortable. We couldn't locate the Wi-Fi password and were on SOS which was disappointing. We were also very concerned with the dog on site as there was no one around in the main house. We filled up it's empty water bowl as it was very hot, felt sorry for the poor thing.”

“Great location and the house would have been relatively comfortable however, a pool was being constructed (no one advised us) and base on the last guests 8 weeks prior, the construction had been going on since then. Because of the construction, there was a temporary fence which was not compliant and impeded on our ability to enjoy the back area. Fencing around the property is NOT complete and while they say they are pet friendly, when the fencing was questioned, was told that they are pet……

“The home was nice although the rooms slightly smaller than expected. It was quite rustic without some conveniences. Wifi is listed as an amenity however the connection is extremely unstable and unpredictable which meant we were not able to be contacted the entire time we were at the property. If we had known this in advance we would have been able to remedy the situation. The property management group only communicated this and other terms and conditions on the day of the stay.
