“地點超方便，又有滑雪場，好玩！員工質素很好，又善，有禮，貼心！房間整潔程度滿意，只是價錢略贵！如有機會再去杜拜都會考慮這間酒店！”

“Everything is good for a 3-star hotel. The room is spacious for 4 people. The only comment is that my boy left his beloved stuffed toy in his room when we checked out. We came back to the hotel trying to find it, but the hotel said it was lost. ”

“The hotel looks slightly worn down from the outside but the rest of the facility is clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was delicious and they have shallow pools with descending entry which is perfect for small children! The bathrooms could be with better lighting and ventilation.”

“The hotel looked very run down and cleanliness was the main issue I can pinpoint that definitely needs a lot of working. the TV remotes were all dirty with sticky stuff. the kitchen appliances were dirty and needed rewashing. house keeping did minimum effort to clean the room.”
