“Fantastic hotel ,next to beautiful beach , huge swimming pool , pool bar , all facilities close by Rooms are bit dated but that’s the only negative thing Staff all over hotel amazing- pool , restaurant, beach etc - We been to Sharm few times and this was by far best hotel ”

But the beach bar is terribly unfriendly for the food offer, only care about close, even require to have something before closing, a lot of excuses not to provide. Need to be enhanced especially for this leader or manager as he is too rude and not thinking to provide service to guest”
