“住過最爛的飯店，更別說是五星級飯店，服務差到不行尤其是飯店櫃枱，不知是國情文化關係或是艾美酒店的管理因素，飯店人員素質很差，對應是超差。 預定二人房一大床，入住時確認卻回要看我們有什麼房型剩下，那請問我們預定的用意在 ? 二人房才提供1瓶水，而且是3個晚上才1瓶。 毛巾是髒的，總評超級超級無敵爛。”

“是在埃及期间住到的最满意的酒店 房间很大 阳台很舒服 浴室都隔成三个隔间 洗漱用品也非常齐全 最关键的是酒店有好多游泳池 自己就有海滩 不出酒店就能直接浮潜 潜水 环境也特别好 适合全家一起旅游！就是离市场稍微有点远 但是离机场近！总之 再去沙姆沙伊赫 还是会选择这家酒店 性价比超高！”

“在埃及算是非常不错的酒店了，卫生和条件都不错，性价比较高。早餐也不错。只是服务员稍差，11点到酒店说房间已经好了，但要求交77美元才给办理入住，因为还没到check in时间。”

“Amazing stay , very nice place to spend a lovely holiday at. Only drawback is that you have to take a bus/shuttle to the beach , but short distance nearly 10 mins. The beach is lovely and the pools are clean and nice ”

The hotel is in a quiet, exclusive, and peaceful area of Hurghada, perfect for families. The property is beautiful, very well maintained, with lush landscaping, plenty of trees, and several outdoor pools. The early morning and sunset bird sounds added a special touch.
