“The property inside was lovely. Every detail was thought of to make our stay delightful. Very comfortable beds. The neighborhood is in transition and it is rather noisy (cars driving by constantly) in the evenings. Not a deal breaker. We stayed on two separation occasions. Recommend for the convenience to downtown and Yale. ”

“The host was very responsive. The house met our needs with plenty of room for our large group to sleep, eat, and visit. I especially liked not having to worry about using the space to visit with other out of town guests while we were there! The neighborhood was as described in previous reviews. The street we were on was very quiet and we had no problems whatsoever during our stay, the downstairs apartment was perfect for the young family that traveled with us. It allowed for out of the way naps……

“Perfect location near the beach! When we stayed the weather wasn’t ideal for the beach day but I can only imagine how perfect this house would be in a beautiful day! The host had a wagon and beach toys available as well which was wonderful. Very cute property. I was unsure of our check out instructions other than to ensure we cleaned our dishes and messaged the host and never heard back but other than that our stay was great. ”

“The house was beautiful and absolutely perfect for our family of 8 adults and 3 young children. We had plenty of space and the rooms worked out perfectly. My 4 year old grandson absolutely loved the backyard with the playscape and especially the zipline. We loved taking a walk near the water and going to Squantz Pond. We had a wonderful time and if we ever need a place to stay in that area, we would definitely stay there again.”
