“The apartment was beautiful. One highlight for the children was the arcade game in the living room. The view of the water was striking from the living room and bedroom. “We had a very comfortable stay at Orange Oasis. The location was near a friendly corner market and a small grocery and book store. We didn't spend time in the apartment during the day so we didn't take advantage of of the many windows that let in nice autumn light. Check in was easy, verything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is pretty bare-bones and there isn't a lot of extra "stuff" around so if we were planning to do a lot of cooking or hoping to play games and read books……

“We were visiting friends so wanted to rent a place for our family (2 adults, 2 children). This property is ideally located just outside of New Haven, walking distance to the beach, easy parking, spacious and beautiful on the inside. The only hiccup was the owner forgot to include the door code and we did not realized this would prevent entry to the place until late at night when we were ready to check in on the first day. My only suggestion for future renters is to make sure the code is included……

“We were in town visiting our son and DIL and new grandchild. Their apartment is too small for five extra adults so we found this nice home close by. The home has three nice bedrooms in a remodeled home. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The large living room was more than enough for us. The kitchen was clean and had what we needed for our meals. The only negative item was we couldn’t find any dishwashing detergent for the dishwasher. We had to wash by hand. Overall, the best……

“Property was the perfect stay for our family. Home is updated, clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a weekend or even longer trip to Southington. Location is super convenient to everything downtown and surrounding villages as well as Interstate 84 if you are traveling further about. Neighborhood is quaint and quiet. Highly recommend this property for a family trip to take in the sights and charm of Southington and the surrounding area. Perfect experience for us all around.”
