“Staff is excellent as is the decor and service both at the hotel, restaurant and rooftop. Not well known but the air conditioning in the room can be very loud and there are no TV’s in the room. The street is very walkable and there are several excellent restaurants within a quick walk or 10 min drive. The breakfast at the hotel was lovely- as was the restaurant. Great long weekend stay! ”

“I can’t find enough great words to describe this hotel. The room was spacious with selectable mood lighting. It has electric shades with several levels of light from the windows. Our room has a water view. The room is so pretty, cozy and clean. The bathroom has lovely modern decor. ”

“This was located in a good area around New Haven and convenient to everything I needed. The staff was AMAZING and went above and beyond for me when I lost my watch and they found it. They also held my luggage while I attended an event after I checked out. Would go back again!”

“I have been in this hotel many times (probably over few months) since September 2021. Some renovation done in mid 2022… fantastic! just one thing to maintain full stars review: to replace the dryers in the laundry if repair does not work (a bit annoying to pay 2-3 times to complete the dry since early 2022 😅)”
