“Great property for a stay near TCU. Very comfortable, owners very responsive and wanted to make sure everything was great. Would definitely stay again but it is important to know that this is a guest house over the garage. Full use of backyard area while there and that space is as amazing as the pics show. ”

Though the owner offered a map, it was not very clear where to enter, and we were insulted by the neighbor for arriving at the incorrect property. “This is a quiet neighborhood property and coincidentally was within 2 blocks of my son's house. Very clean and comfortable, although the bed is very soft. I will stay here again when I go to Dallas to visit family.”

“The house was in a pretty quiet neighborhood. We went during New Years so that night was a little noisy obviously but there was a great fireworks show at the stadium so that was cool. This place is great for a small family.”
