Read reviews about stained carpets, but was pleased to see this has been updated to laminate flooring throughout. Cleanliness was generally great, however the base mattress protector on the bed was stained and could do with cleaning/replacing. “The butterfly apartment was indeed exceptional! Very clean and well cared for and as good a location as can be expected if you’re not in the park. Nice extra touches include portable a/c units in every room (a portable heater for main room for winter), both DIRECTV sat tv and streaming smart tv, and an Avalon water system that spits out filtered hot, cool, or cold water. The WiFi worked well. Furniture was comfy for hanging out. Nice quiet area just past a small town hospital. Nearby Pioneer……

“Absolutely stunning location, very clean, all new, lots of unexpected amenities and super communication and response times from owners. Late dinner on the deck watching the sunset and the deer right below is perfect. Air conditioning and fans work well and keep the interior as cool as you'd like (and we're from the Pacific NW!)”

“This property was exactly as described. It was so cozy and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The owner was so helpful from beginning to end and the property is so well maintained. It was peaceful and pleasant. My son and I sat every night and played cards at the table after we ate dinner - which we prepared each night in the kitchen. Our trip consisted of multiple stops and the only thing I would change was to do this portion last. It was the most relaxed I've been in a long……

“Very nice location inside the gates of Yosemite. It is about 8 miles to Tunnel View, which made it a nice easy early morning drive to try for sunrise photos. Nice hot shower and warm nice bed were welcome changes from the few nights of camping earlier in my trip. Nice deck to relax on and recharge with a coffee while downloading photos from the Firefall in Feb 2025.”
