“Dear [BW] Team, I stayed at your hotel on May 12, 2025, with a reservation made through HOTELS.COM. At the time of booking, I used one credit card, but a different card was used at check-in. As a result, I have been charged twice for the same stay. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue. My credit card company has already billed me for both charges. “I paid my reservation,but when I got there midnight,they said they didn't have room available.Terrible attitude,they don't care where I can sleep.I tried many phone calls to find a room,all failed.Terrible,terrible experience.I used to have a very good impression with Hampton,now I feel disgusting.”

“Room was very clean. Staff went way out and above to help us get around the area. We were from Florida and it was our first time in the area. Parking was very good. ”

“As located on a boulevard it is normally a crowded area but it was very convenient for as with such a great varity of stores for shopping,meet our relatives and enjoy a lunch at a restaurant to celebrate a family event.We were pleased we choose this hotel for our short visit and stay. ”

“I really enjoyed the peace and quiet. There were other couples and families that stayed on the property, yet we felt as if we were the only ones there. The sweet lady that stays on the property was very helpful by telling us about a few restraunts we should try and other fun things in the area. ”
