“Other reviews mentioned that the staff would do their best to accommodate any requests. A couple examples for me were 1) the front desk helping exchange towels late at night and 2) the owner was at breakfast each morning greeting guests and even offering to make waffles for people. The room was generally clean, with a little dust in the corner of the room.”

“I didn’t catch her name, but the woman who checked us in was friendly and had everything organized and ready to go. She made the whole check in process seamless and quick! “The room was clean and tidy. The bed was a little hard but not so bad I couldn’t sleep on it. The lobby was the wettest little area. The decor was so cute. I could tell a lot of thought went into it. The only other complaint was there was only one towel in the bathroom and no washcloths. Still for the price I think it was a good value!”

“Convenient low budget hotel close to interstate highway. Decent stark no frills no breakfast hotel on primary road to Smokie Mountains. Not very nice but you get what you don’t pay for. Is one of many chain hotels at this intersection. We, like others, stayed after attending U of Tn football game. Adequate place, pleasant staff, not bad for price but not really much offered either. ”
