“The housekeeper they had on staff for the second floor needed some retraining or someone to check behind her, but once I went down and discussed it with the front desk staff it was handled right away which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 3. ”

“Stayed here over Memorial Day weekend to attend a nearby family reunion. This is a motel (think Schitt’s Creek) but it is clean and people are super nice. Rooms and furnishings are a bit dated but it is very functional and in a beautiful area. Cleanliness is most important to us when we stay somewhere and this place was super clean! Nice little breakfast offerings, water available all the time, and a vending machine with basics. Does not really have anyone at a front desk, but once you check……

“Our family of 15 people had a wonderful stay in this beautifully modern decorated home. The home accommodated 15 people very well with lots of space for everyone to be together and spread out. So much natural light throughout the house! The porches overlooking the river were wonderful areas to sit and relax, fellowship and enjoy the peaceful river. Pickle ball court was a hit! “Room was clean & comfortable. A small table & 2 chairs would be a great addition so you have somewhere to eat and/or work if needed. Adding hooks on the wall to hang clothes, purse, etc would help and towel rods in bathroom. The luggage bar was more in the way than useful. The AC worked though didn't seem to cool as efficient as we'd thought it might. ”

“It LOOKS super sketchy and all that, but don’t let looks completely deceive you. The staff is extremely welcoming. And idk about anyone else, but I got silk sheets and silk pillow cases with no bed bugs sooo I think that’s amazing for a cheap motel. It did smell of cow poop outside of the room, but inside of the room was fine. There wasn’t any hand soap, so I just used the shampoo they had in there. No bugs in the room, except for a cute little moth that just camped out behind a towel the whole……
