“This property was absolutely fantastic! Very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Mike was great to talk to about the property and surrounding areas. “My Wife and I took a long weekend up to the sandstone sanctuary, we appreciated having no TV and enjoying the peaceful sounds of the woods surrounding us with the occasional Frank Sinatra song on the bluetooth record player. The house was super cozy and had everything you need for cooking and most importantly relaxing. Justine was super friendly and made sure we knew she was only a phone call away! Loved this place and wish we could give a million stars! Will be visiting again!”

“The property was good. Just be mindful it is built around a single-wide. The couch was broken, but the owner was very responsive and apologized for not knowing that it was. The furnace is a little noisy and the beds are small. 150 acres is open for hunting so just be aware. Other than that, its a nice getaway.”

“Truly a hidden gem !Very Clean, quiet! Fully furnished, was quite surprising! Family enjoyed the quick little stay! Bakery at bottom of hill was a treasure to find! FYI don’t drive a luxury or antique car to this location, it’s off the beaten path but TOTALLY worth it!”

“My daughter and I really enjoyed our ten-day stay in Granville, along the Juniata River. The house was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The atmosphere was peaceful in this out-of-the way location, but just a short drive to town for supplies. The free-range chickens were entertaining but made a mess on the front porch. However, the care taker swept and hosed it off regularly. I would rent this place again.”

“This property was even better than the listing described it. We were a big group and had more than enough room for everyone with beds to spare. We couldn’t believe how well stocked the kitchen was. There was nothing we didn’t have. The property owner was so responsive to minor things and was kind and easy to work with. Pool area was amazing and the kids lived in it all week. Everything felt upscale and luxurious. Property was spectacular and beautiful. I can’t say enough great things. ”
