“Great location for fishing, or if you love the outdoors. Swimming, kayaking, tubing, fishing, and even cave tours all close by. Grocery market within 10 minutes if you need to pick something up. House was better than expected, clean, had everything we needed to cook our meals and ‘live’ for the week. Great fishing out front, easy access to the creek. ”

“Very nice property, exceptionally clean and very quiet. Only drawback is at 70 years old, a bathroom on the second floor would have been a plus. We did speak with the property owner and he stated that stream improvement work will be done in the near future and this work should only improve the fishing. Other great fishing less than twenty minutes away any direction.”

“Our family of 15 people had a wonderful stay in this beautifully modern decorated home. The home accommodated 15 people very well with lots of space for everyone to be together and spread out. So much natural light throughout the house! The porches overlooking the river were wonderful areas to sit and relax, fellowship and enjoy the peaceful river. Pickle ball court was a hit! “We absolutely loved our stay! The home was super clean and cozy and the owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The location was perfect since we definitely were far enough away to "go off the grid" yet a 30 min drive to State College to enjoy some great eats and drinks. “If you want to stay out in the countryside but still only minutes from State College, check out the Milk House. We were greeted by a rooster and a few chickens as we arrived. And you can schedule a visit with the baby goats during your stay as well. The property is small but very cozy. A great place to simply rest and recharge. ”

“Five friends and I booked this listing as a meeting point from our homes. The price was right, the area picturesque, enough bathrooms, beds and space for all of us to gather or have alone time.
