“Our family of 15 people had a wonderful stay in this beautifully modern decorated home. The home accommodated 15 people very well with lots of space for everyone to be together and spread out. So much natural light throughout the house! The porches overlooking the river were wonderful areas to sit and relax, fellowship and enjoy the peaceful river. Pickle ball court was a hit! “We absolutely loved our stay! The home was super clean and cozy and the owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The location was perfect since we definitely were far enough away to "go off the grid" yet a 30 min drive to State College to enjoy some great eats and drinks. “Five friends and I booked this listing as a meeting point from our homes. The price was right, the area picturesque, enough bathrooms, beds and space for all of us to gather or have alone time. We shared many laughs in the sunroom over games and coffee. We went hiking, to Shy Bear and Brookmere winery. Highly recommend all venues and this listing!”

“We are repeating a few reviews that were helpful to know before we left:- the steep driveway at the bottom was challenging because of loose gravel and run-off bumps, but only lasted a short distance.- we had some hot days and were very grateful for the A/C. But the upstairs bedrooms were definitely warmer than the main floor.- Our family gathering (35) spans the entire age range, so the little playground, shuffleboard, pickleball and basketball court, and picnic table area were in constant use.……
